About JBH Flow

Built by someone who has done the work.

JBH Flow helps companies that make, move, or deliver physical products spend less time chasing updates, checking files, and fixing avoidable mistakes.

Why I started JBH Flow

I saw the same problem again and again.

I am Joseph Bozzo-Horwich, founder of JBH Flow. Before starting the company full time, I worked in an operating leadership role at a furniture manufacturer.

I worked across purchasing, production schedules, deliveries, finance, and reporting. I saw how much time teams lose when important details are spread across emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, and business software.

Now I help businesses turn one repeated problem into a simple working system. You work directly with me from the first call through testing.

The goal is simple: give your team a clear view of what needs attention and make the next step easier.

Where I have worked

Across the parts of a business where information gets lost.

Different teams used different tools, but the problem was the same: people had to search for information, check it by hand, and find the right person to act.

01

Purchasing and supply

Late suppliers, missing dates, material shortages, and follow-ups.

02

Production and release

Schedule checks, missing requirements, and problems caught before work is released.

03

Customer delivery

What shipped, what is still missing, and what customers need to know.

04

Finance and reporting

Invoices, receipts, deductions, and reports that do not match.

How we keep the work safe

Your team stays in control.

A

Keep your current software

We work with the business software, inboxes, spreadsheets, and files your team already uses.

B

Watch first, change later

The first version reads and checks information before it is allowed to update anything.

C

People approve important decisions

Pricing, purchases, releases, customer promises, and financial actions stay with your team.

D

Your company owns the setup

Your data, accounts, rules, files, and login details stay under your control.

About the examples

Real work, without inflated claims.

These examples come from work Joseph completed inside a furniture manufacturer before starting JBH Flow. Company details are hidden, and no outside company checked the results. They show the type of work he has done, not a promise of the same result for every business.

A good first project

The problem happens every week or every month.

One person is responsible for the result.

The information exists, even if it is spread across different places.

Your team can review the first version before it changes anything.
