I am Joseph Bozzo-Horwich, founder of JBH Flow in Toronto. My background spans furniture-manufacturing operations and e-commerce, in businesses operating in Canada and the U.S. My experience with AI started by improving work I was responsible for.
That experience is my starting point, not a limit on who I work with. I improve the process first, then build AI into the parts where it helps. The point is a useful business result, not more technology for its own sake.
